Just outside the village, you can find Het Stift, a centuries-old townscape with a wonderful little church at its centre. Once, this was the residence of unmarried noble ladies; nowadays, it is a popular wedding venue. The Stiftfestival takes place in this location each summer, with small-scale classical concerts, under the musical accompaniment of the internationally-acclaimed violinist Danial Rowland, who grew up here on Het Stift. Near the village of Rossum is Het Everloo manor, an old knightly estate from 1200... definitely worth a visit.
