Touring Twente with a great oldtimer!

Blogger Maud loves Twente and together with her family she discovers the nicest places in her own environment. According to her, Twente has so much to offer. This time they got into a vintage car, what a fun way to get away for a day!
At 10:00 am we picked up our oldtimer at Nostalgischrijden.nl. We could choose in advance from several beautiful oldtimers, but eventually opted for the bright yellow Volkswagen Beetle. This matched the wonderful weather we had, what luck!
The Sagenland Route
We decided to drive (part of) the Sagenland Route. This route of more than 80 kilometers took us through Northeast Twente and we passed the most beautiful places! We drove through the meadows, saw the most beautiful farms and watermills, discovered new places and enjoyed the nicest villages.

Would you rather not drive yourself in such a car, but the nostalgic experience feeling? That is also possible! Every Wednesday , trips with an old-timer bus are organized by the VVV Ootmarsum-Dinkelland. Also nice: you can also rent the vintage cars for company parties and wedding transport.
